Payment and Shipping

In view of the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we seek your understanding that there might be potential shipping delays for domestic orders. Thank you for your support and your patience amidst this period.

Important: Kindly note that all taxes, import duties and any charges incurred at customs are the responsibility of the customer. Infinity & Caty will not be held liable should any package be delayed or seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.

Please ensure that you are informed of any additional costs and your country's import guidelines prior to placing any order with us.

Payment

We are currently doing some upgrades to the payment options in our shop. For the time being, we only accept PayPal. However, you can still use your debit and credit card to make payment within the PayPal platform.

For Singapore customers, we accept and encourage the use of DBS PayLah! and PayNow. Kindly note that latest accepted payment options are constantly updated on the footer of our website. All payments have to be made within 30 mins from time of checkout to be valid! We seek your understanding because we have only 1 stock for each listed product.

Paypal is not accepted at the time being. Do contact us directly if you are having issue with accepted payment options available on our website.

We will not be held liable for any lost or damaged mails. However, we will ensure that your items are packaged in the safest manner as we can before it leaves us.

Orders will be confirmed only after payment is received. Orders are shipped out from Singapore and prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Upon order confirmation, please allow us 24 - 48 hours to process and pack your parcel. Your parcel will be mailed to you via the following methods:

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic that affect worldwide shipping industry, please expect delays in the delivery timing.

We offer shipping to: Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States. Kindly contact us if your country is not in the above list.

All packages shipped internationally are sent via Singapore Post Registered Airmail and the tracking number will be emailed to you.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policies

Infinity & Caty sales are final. We do not accept returns (for hygiene purposes) or offer refunds. All our products are unique and do not have identical stocks in hand, therefore exchange is not allowed.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us with your order number and photo proof.
